Thank you to everyone who hosted, promoted, and participated in National Robotics Week 2017! With your continuing help, we had over 300 events for Robo Week. The ninth annual National Robotics Week will be held April 7-15, 2018 and promises to be even bigger! Submit your own event!

LVL1 Hackerspace and Makerspace
LVL1 is a hackerspace in Louisville. We have lots of cool tools and equipment. People are working on all sorts of projects including robotics.

University of Kentucky
The University of Kentucky and Council on Postsecondary Education GEARUP KY (GUK) will be co-hosting approximately 200 7th & 8th graders on the UK campus on April 12, 2013. At this event undergraduate student researchers will facilitate hands-on activities for the students. As part of National Robotics Week, a lego robotics event will be held for approximately 40 students. The robots will be showcased at a closing ceremony to increase public awareness of the growing importance of robotics in education, industry, and in the U.S. economy. Robotics Club Showcase at East Calloway Elementary,
East Calloway County Elementary
This showcase is open to all students, family members, and employees of East Calloway Elementary in Murray, KY. Approximately 25 students who have participated in a robotics club throughout the year will showcase what they have learned by completing tasks that will impress everyone. Programming their autonomous robots will allow them to complete different types of turns in order to maneuver through obstacle course after obstacle course, while communicating with their partners to problem solve and design solutions for completion.
