Thank you to everyone who hosted, promoted, and participated in National Robotics Week 2017! With your continuing help, we had over 300 events for Robo Week. The ninth annual National Robotics Week will be held April 7-15, 2018 and promises to be even bigger! Submit your own event!

  • Expanding Your Horizons Conference @ NMSU, New Mexico State University

    The ultimate goal for the EYH Conference is to motivate girls to become innovative and creative thinkers ready to meet 21st Century challenges. EYH is a conference for girls in middle and high school. This one-day event includes hands-on activities in computing and provides young women with the chance to meet computing role models and near-peers, and learn more about careers in these fields. Workshops include PicoCricket Robotics, Scratch Programming, Google SketchUp, and more!

  • Drone 3D Vision and Synthetic Holography 3D Display Technology for Robotic Systems, NMHU

    Demonstration of a multi-copter vision system utilizing the Robotic Operating System (ROS) and specialized computer vision algorithms for 3D vision and 3D model building. Additionally a HeNe laser based synthetic holography 3D display test bed will be demonstrated utilizing specialized ray tracing algorithms for computation of near real time interference patterns for presentation to the laser light for reconstruction of wavefront of the 3D model.
