Come and experience firsthand the excitement of a FIRST® Robotics Competition event! Combining the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology, this is the ultimate Sport for the Mind™. Watch as student-built-robots compete in the 2016 challenge, FIRST STRONGHOLD.
In FIRST STRONGHOLD, two Alliances of three robots each are on a Quest to breach their opponents’ fortifications, weaken their tower with boulders, and capture the opposing tower. Robots score points by breaching opponents’ defenses and scoring boulders through goals in the opposing tower. During the final 20 seconds of the Quest, robots may surround and scale the opposing tower to capture it.

Celebrate National Robotics Week at Eden Prairie Center Mall, in Eden Prairie MN from 11am to 4pm on Sunday April 10th 2016. Come play "Krazy Kubes" and see robotics demonstrations by several 2016 FTC, FRC, and FLL robotics teams from around Minnesota. Stop by and get information on how YOU can start or join a robotics team in your area! This is a FREE event, but we encourage you to bring a canned food item for our PROP food drive! The LazyBotts would like to extend an invitation to all MN FTC teams to bring their robots to EP center for this event. They can have one table per team set up if teams want to come “show off” their robots, outreach activities, trophies, etc. and let people drive their bots via Bluetooth . Please contact Lazybotts@gmail.com to RSVP or more information.
