Come hang out with fellow builders, show off your robot, and enjoy an awesome day of combat robotics. Each bot will have a $30 registration fee. Each bot registered will come with two competitor tickets. Additional tickets will be $5 each. CTK students will have free entry tickets.

A day of collaboration, learning, and inspiration meant to bring together a vibrant community of PreK-12 educators, community-based organization representatives, and WPI undergraduate Teacher Preparation Program students for a day of sharing, learning, and connecting.

This all-ages festival showcases makers from across the state and invites visitors to discover their own inner inventor through hands-on experiences. With their daily admission (free for members) visitors are welcome to try out skill stations, dive into workshops, and watch demonstrations by local robotics teams! This year is all about Empowered Tools – how traditional methods and technological advancements help creatives bring their boldest ideas to life. From handcrafted to high-tech, the tools we use shape the way we build, imagine, and innovate!

The UNC Science Expo is a signature event of the annual North Carolina Science Festival and one of the biggest celebrations of science in the state. More than 100 booths staffed by UNC-Chapel Hill students, researchers, practitioners, and community volunteers fill the quads surrounding Morehead Planetarium and Science Center. From hands-on activities and games to science demonstrations and behind-the-scenes lab tours, the UNC Science Expo makes learning about science fun and engaging for people of all ages.

ASEF is the official fair for the State of Alabama and is an affiliate fair of the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (Regeneron ISEF). Regeneron ISEF is the world’s largest international pre-college science competition and provides a forum for millions of students from over 50 countries, regions and territories to showcase independent research annually.

STEM Forward is an interactive, hands-on event where students explore how science, health, and technology connect in real-world careers. Participants rotate through career-themed stations that showcase what it’s like to work in a variety of STEM fields through engaging activities and demonstrations. Featured majors include Nursing, Physician Assistant, Nutrition & Dietetics, Exercise Science, Biology and Chemistry, Data Science and Analytics, Forensics, Computer Science, and more. This immersive experience helps students discover STEM pathways and envision their future here at SHU.

See talented students showcase their creative autonomous robotics projects in the Junior Exhibition and face off in head-to-head matches during the Junior BottleSumo challenge. Winning teams will earn a spot in the Robofest World Championship Finals in Michigan!

The Saturday STEM Fest is a FREE Family event. March 23 is the deadline to sign-up for table or booth space for local mining companies and affiliate contractors, engineers – and all others enthused to join a morning dedicated to STEM activities for youth.

The National Robotics League Colorado offers a great opportunity for high school students to learn about robotics and engineering while exposing them to manufacturing, engineering, or industrial careers. Watch as teams from across Colorado battle it out with the help of local machine shops who helped them to engineer and build their bot for this tough fight against other student teams.

Join us for a celebration of all-things programmable! Meet engineers, coders, and makers who tinker and build these exciting machines! Try coding some of the Montshire’s hands-on robots at this interactive day for all ages.

Get ready to go Full STEAM Ahead! at STEMapalooza 2026-our annual celebration of innovation, creativity, and hands-on discovery for Girl Scouts, families, and friends. Spend the day exploring interactive exhibits, engaging workshops, and fun activities designed to spark curiosity at every age.

We welcome families, scout troops, teachers, and students of all ages for a fantastic day of science. Experience outstanding hands-on activities and engaging demonstrations from Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) leaders and innovators. Learn about some of the most unique creatures from around the world with the Flying Fox Conservation Fund, get an up-close and personal look at reptiles with Crosstown Exotics, visit our SLIME Lab, or take part in the stimulating science activities we'll have for all to enjoy.

Introducing Makers Lab—an upgraded Maker Space experience designed just for middle and high schoolers! This dedicated lab time invites pre-teens and teens ages 11+ to dive into tinkering, testing, experimenting, and inventing with tools and materials geared toward advanced creativity. With exciting new additions to the space and fresh monthly challenges—like egg drops, chain reactions, engineering puzzles, and more—Makers Lab gives young innovators the freedom to explore big ideas, push their skills, and bring bold creations to life.

Presented by the Wireless Research Center, this free family networking fair celebrates Technology, Engineering, and Math. STEM Saturday will expose students to a variety of STEM career options, while featuring STEM-related exhibits, demonstrations, and hands-on learning activities.
