STEM Saturdays bring together the Las Vegas community and local subject matter experts for educational topics, activities and insights into how STEM influences various career paths. Breakfast refreshments and prize raffles are also included in the programming.

The iMAGINE STEAM Festivals are designed to showcase PreK-12 education and career pathways in Science, Technology, Arts, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEAM) through fun, hands-on learning for families. The festival is a highly visible street festival that engages companies, schools, and nonprofits in providing exciting, interactive STEAM learning exhibits for PreK-12 students and their families. The purpose of the festival is to ignite the interest of students in STEAM learning and career pathways.

All NHRL events are open to the public in person and available to stream for free on our YouTube. Each season culminates in a World Championship where robots that have proven their abilities during the regular season are invited to compete in challenges in the ultimate showdown!

Join us for a hands-on Introduction to Robotics workshop designed for curious and creative middle schoolers! This free event Partners with AquaMeridian, a student-run organization dedicated to educating and inspiring youth to take action in ocean conservation. We offer an exciting day of hands-on learning experiences with robotics and the real-world application of ocean conservation.

Celebrate Robotics Week with hands-on challenges and problem solving. Participants will explore robotics concepts, test their creativity, and learn how robots are designed to interact with the world.

Come join us for an introduction to 3D printing and CAD! We will learn how to use TinkerCAD and how 3D printing works. There will be a live demonstration of the 3D printer working.

LaterLab is the ultimate playground for innovation, creativity, and connection! Designed for Makers of all kinds, this hands-on space in CREATE at Arizona Science Center® invites you to bring your ideas to life using professional-grade tools and materials. From 3D printing and laser cutting to woodworking and sewing—LaterLab has everything you need to build, innovate, and explore your creativity. On Friday and Saturday evenings from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., CREATE opens its doors for LaterLab—giving aspiring artists, handiwork enthusiasts, and curious creatives the chance to explore new skills, hone their craft, and connect with like-minded Makers. Whether you’re fostering a hobby, kickstarting a small business, or simply exploring a new interest, LaterLab welcomes Makers of all backgrounds and curiosities. Participation Requirements: To take part in LaterLab, Makers must complete one of CREATE’s Skill Studio workshops or have previously taken a Creator Course. Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.

"A Knowledge Center to inspire young people for the future workforce by saving old and new technology." The Rhode Island Computer Museum (RICM) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1999 in Rhode Island to preserve our rich vintage computer history and offer a glimpse of the past. RICM's mission statement is "procuring and preserving items that relate to computer science and its history; disseminating knowledge, and encouraging research in computer science by means of visits, lectures, discussions, and publications. Combining the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology. We call FIRST Robotics Competition the ultimate Sport for the Mind. High-school student participants call it “the hardest fun you’ll ever have.”

North Dakota’s Gateway to Science STEM Adventure Mini-Camps are held during the school year on select days when there is no school, following the Bismarck Public Schools calendar. Each camp day is a new STEM adventure, filled with exciting projects and activities that guarantee fun and learning. Mini-camps run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with check-in starting at 7:45 a.m. Campers should bring their own lunches for a supervised break, along with a water bottle and snacks for morning and afternoon breaks.

Get ready to build, code, and explore. In this action-packed LEGO robotics STEM camp in Bowling Green, Kentucky, 3rd–6th grade students become engineers on a mission. Using Spheros and LEGO Spike Essential or Spike Prime kits, campers design, build, and program their own robots while tackling fun, themed challenges. Each mission encourages creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving as kids turn their ideas into moving, thinking 3D models. Whether it’s their first time with robotics or they already love LEGOs, Robot Camp Optimus is a hands-on STEM experience that makes learning feel like play and sparks big imaginations.

From buttons, stickers and beyond, learn how to use our design tech to create and customize your own swag. With tools like vinyl and laser cutting, if you dream it—you can make it! Learn how science and technology are used to make any creation that comes from your imagination

In April, we combine Minecraft with Robotics, building physical art-bots and virtual Redstone machines. We tailor the tech to the student: Seniors (9-13) dive into logic scripting and physics, while our Junior Squad (6-8) utilizes specialized, icon-based software and tactile building kits—allowing them to master complex concepts without the frustration of heavy reading or typing.
